Renting our space

The CLUTCH offer rental space for workshops, conferences, fundraising events, and private parties. Conveniently located along the the Sprague Union District corridor, 

three blocks from I-90.    

STUDIO #1:  A spacious, well lit, 1500SF, with a quintessential sprung dance floor, and full-length mirrors. This style of floor offers greater protection from injuries for dancers due to impact, slipping or falling.  Unlike concrete or standard hardwood floors, a sprung dance floor has a noteably resilent 'feel', resulting in less leg fatigue.  

STUDIO #2:  A generous 16 x 22ft space, with warm hardwoods and adjustable lighting.   

HVAC: Solar powered, high efficiency with maximum air circulation  

BATHROOMS: Two, with 2 stalled fixtures each.
